Purpose

In mid-2020, PW Media launched MyTechBot™, a cost-saving virtual agent designed to supplement and improve customer assistance for inquiries and service appointments at participating AAMCO centers across the U.S.


Results

MyTechBot™ generated transmission-related leads with high conversion rates. AAMCO franchise owners filtered qualified leads more quickly based on the data-centric communications collected from conversations between customers and MyTechBot™. Follow-up calls were far more engaging and successful, producing high ticket, brand-oriented sales through repairs and other services.
